Perfecting personal life depends critically on accepting, managing, and even appreciating human imperfections, both our own and those of our loved ones.

“Being” The mind has “nothing to do, nowhere to go” and can focus fully on the present moment experiences, allowing us to be fully present and aware of whatever is here, right now.

“Doing” Is a narrow, one dimensional focus. When the mind focuses on getting things done to achieve particular goals that have been set. What does this have to say about my progress in reaching my goals?
